I think the web-related projects are really outdated and legacy and they are not the core functions of Jumony.
Merged Ivony.Html.Parser.Regulars.dll into Ivony.Html.Parser:
Regex.CompileToAssemblyis obsolete and not supported: On .NET Core and .NET 5+, calls to the Regex.CompileToAssembly method throw a PlatformNotSupportedException. Writing out an assembly is not supported.
